Student Wellbeing
It is important to take care of both your mental and physical well-being. As well as planning for your study time you should plan for exercise, wellbeing activities and healthy eating.
Some tips to help you learn from home:
- Find a quiet space to study and limit distractions while you are studying.
- Decide on a study routine.
- Try to keep active - take frequent, short breaks to stretch your arms and legs, get some sunlight and fresh air.
- Stay healthy - eat well, stay hydrated, get plenty of sleep.
- Find ways to relax.
- Engage! Don't disengage simply because it is online learning.
- Stay in contact with your class friends and teacher as though you were doing in-class learning.
